The hotel had a nice view over the sound and provided a convenient location to explore the area, but the rooms were really gross and in need of maintenance. My stay at Palm Suites was an overall pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, being centrally located in the Outer Banks and within walking distance of everything I wanted to do. The rooms, while in need of some maintenance and updates, offered a decent level of comfort. The service was friendly, but there were some gaps in assistance during the night shift. The dining experience was satisfactory, with regional products offered. The facilities were adequate, although there were areas that could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fabulous! The location was perfect, situated right in Atlantic beach and centrally located in the outer banks, close to everything I wanted to explore. The rooms were nice with a gigantic TV, 2 full beds, and balconies, though they could use an update in furniture. The service, especially during the night shift, was top-notch, with helpful recommendations for restaurants and services. The dining experience was satisfactory with delicious salmon served, and the facilities met my expectations.
